Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr Sagunthala R and D Institute of Science and Technology courses are offered at the undergraduate, postgraduate and doctoral levels. There are a total of 60 courses offered by the university to the students. Engineering or technology (B.Tech), law (LLB), and multimedia sciences (B.Sc) are three fields with 26 undergraduate bachelor's degree programmes each. According to the curriculum standards, these Vel Tech courses last 3 to 4 years. Only 20 postgraduate courses in engineering specialisations are available as two-year Master of Technology (M.Tech) programmes. The Vel Tech courses are offered as full-time programmes of study for both the undergraduate and graduate levels. In the fields of engineering, science, and management, there are 15 doctoral-level (PhD) courses available in both full-time and part-time modes. The duration of the Vel Tech courses at the PhD level is generally six years. The number of seats in Vel Tech courses is set at a specific number for each degree level and specialisation that is offered.
